Braised bean curd bamboo
Braised beancurd bamboo is a health dish suitable for the elderly. The main raw materials: beancurd bamboo, wood fungus, carrots, are good for the elderly. After adding oyster sauce, braised bean curd bamboo is bright red in color and more fresh and fragrant.
1. Beancurd bamboo and black fungus soak well in advance, cut beancurd bamboo into diagonal sections, slice carrots, onion, ginger and garlic.
